Delivery Lead Time

1. All orders shall be dispatched within a minimum of 3 working days. Should the order be placed on a public holiday or weekend, please allow some lead time for us to prepare your items.

2. Our delivery timings are on weekdays: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00am to 6:00pm. We do not ship on Public Holidays or Weekends.

3. We apologize that selecting of delivery times are unavailable due to a shortage of manpower. We are also unable to reschedule a delivery after the item has been shipped.

Delivery Rates

1. There is a minimum order amount of SGD $20 for delivery. For orders below SGD $20, please visit our nursery at 121 Lorong Semangka, Singapore 698913 to collect your items.

2. For orders below $100, there will be an additional charge of SGD $8 for delivery fee.

3. Free delivery is applied to all orders with a total amount of SGD $100 and above. 

Delivery Orders

1. Please be informed that our delivery staff would require your presence to acknowledge on the Delivery Order with signature that the items for your order has been received successfully.

2. If there is no one available, we will leave the item at the door and take a photo of the items delivered.

3. We apologize that we are unable to reschedule a delivery after the item has been delivered. Any rescheduling of deliveries would be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Locations

1. We are only able to ship to Singapore at the moment.

Self Collection

1. Self Collection is available only by appointment basis. Please contact +65 8028 8304 to schedule an appointment prior to collecting your items.

2. You may collect your items at our nursery located at 121 Lorong Semangka, Singapore 698913.

Returns

1. We take utmost pride in our work and ensure that all of our items are dispatched for delivery at the highest quality possible. If you have received a defective item, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

2. We accept returns within 3 working days after receiving your items. Please return your items to our nursery located at 121 Lorong Semangka, Singapore 698913. Upon receiving and verifying your returned items, we will process your refund accordingly. Please note that we do not accept returns that has been damaged during delivery while returning your items and all shipping costs for returning the item shall be borne at your own cost. Please note that we will assess the defects or damages first before accepting your return request.

3. Return of items after 3 working days is subject to a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to reject any returns.

4. We apologize that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Exchanges

2. We offer a one-time exchange within 3 working days after receiving your items. Please visit our nursery located at 121 Lorong Semangka, Singapore 698913 to exchange your items. Please note that we will assess the defects or damages first before accepting your exchange request. All exchanges are subject to a case-by-case basis.

3. Exchange of items after 3 working days is subject to a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges.

4. We apologize that we do not accept exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds

1. For refunds issued by Paypal and paid by credit/debit cards, it may take 2 to 5 business days to be refunded back to your credit/debit cards and up to 30 days depending on your card company.

2. For refunds issued by Stripe and paid by credit/debit cards, it may take 5 to 10 business days to be refunded back to your credit/debit cards, depending on your bank.

3. Large items above 1.5m height are non-refundable due to delivery constraints. All refunds are subject to a case-by-case basis.

Pre-Orders

1. For all Pre-Orders, please allow a minimum lead time of 7 days or more before delivery.

2. Please email to nexus@guanleeheng.com.sg if you would like to pre-order.

Quotations

1. Due to a shortage of manpower, we will require a minimum of 3 working days before we can get back to you on quotations. We reserve the right not to participate in any competitive quotations.

Respect Policy

1. We aim to provide as much assistance as we can to help you with your orders and achieve a better shopping experience. If you have been treated unfairly or inappropriately, please contact us and we will address your concerns.

2. Please refrain from using any aggressive, abusive, threatening, derogatory, sarcastic or inappropriate language or behaviour when communicating with our staff. We hope to create a positive customer service experience that mutually benefits both our customers and our staff. Thank you for your kind understanding and patience.
