Debbie has over 10 years of working experience specializing in softscape and site-specific design, implementation & maintenance, tree health & risk assessments, mitigation strategies for urban trees, project coordination and nursery management. She has designed, implemented, maintained spaces and performed tree assessments for local governmental, commercial and residential projects. She believes that ethical landscape design, planning and management is vital in mitigating climate change and restoring our well-being especially with the phenomenon of increasing urbanisation.

Her design approach includes:

- Site-specific, people-centric, reinventive / rehabilitative / restorative & responsive design

- Low to minimal use of resources & maintenance

- Hardy plants that bring ecological benefits

He has oversaw extensive landscaping projects in Singapore and has strong project coordination and management expertise. He is also able to operate various lorries and landscaping equipment easily.
